Proud to be a Filipino. Why? Because our favorite singer Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid organized a fund raising event to help build and re-bild a school. This is a project of GMA kapuso Foundation.
The Auction was held in World Trade Center in Pasay City last April 15 to 17. The couple was surprise because there are so many people from the industry helped them. Like Kris Aquino, Gary Valenciano, Dingdong Avanzado .Other celebrities donate their personal belongings like LJ Reyes,La diva, Dingdong Dantes. Regine donates her Gowns and Ogie dontaes his Ogie the Pogi T-shirts.
Lili Monteverde, a popular movie producer give a I million check to the the couple to jump start the fund -raiser. It was a successful Auction day. Celebrities also give a free concert to entertain the people. The crowed is really a blast.
