When a person is listing to Classical music he/she may be likely to be kind. Being a lot more self absorbed than others, your mind is the fundamental sieve for your emotions.

I can say amen to stress reduction.
In my old job, i would come home, eat dinner, play with the kids and then go to my own world in my music room. Made me forget everything about work and the stress with it.
